even if reported stolen or whatever still u will be able to activate the phone but if is reported stolen, lost or take in contract and not paid u will not be able to use it on that country from where is the phone. u can use it anywhere in the world only there u cannot use it. activation is 100% posible . pm me and i will help u.

any way, i dont believe on the info.. but you can try this 100% will be okay

download last Sn0wbreez and make custom IPSW 5.1.1 and check haktifated at expert mods,, ready it at DFU mode with snowbreez and let itunes do the rest. after finish choice at iphone set as new device while you unplug it from itunes,,
