When I received it and check by api.dev.mk said Operator Orange GB and Unlocked. Afterwards I insert an Orange Switzerland sim card and the activation required pops up. I activate it with that card and get no network signal but get results from iPic checkers now that iPhone is Orange Switzerland which is not true. Then I insert another SIM card from my local operator here and finally at the Activation Screen I receive the "SIm card inserted is not valid" on iPhone screen.

Is this iPhone unlocked or locked?

Thanks for all that checked with Cyclone because I see that Check IMEI - IMEI.info are asking for money now so I don't have Cyclone box to check. Anyhow I will upgrade iPhone to 5.1.1 and try to activate but earlier it refused to activate with the wanted operator SIM card. And later I will post the results.

Buddy you are lucky to make a quick buck. Give client a discount.

It was unlocked when you got it. Install fresh OS and USE any other sim like Three, Voda or anything. Then use the sim you want to use.

It is 100% unlocked.

Usually it is always locked to country of Purchase i.e GB then Orange GB, Voda,Three,Tesco etc. Once unlocked then you can use on any operator.

The fact is that it was unlocked already. I just did a Deactivate with iActivator and insert the local non-accepted SIM inside and then the iPhone accepted unlock.
