iphone 4 update to ios 6.1.3 problem

iphone 4 unable to restore or upgrade to ios 6.1.3
iphone can only be restored or downgraded to ios 4.0.1/4.0.2 and 4.2.1 but cant be upgraded to 5.xx or ios 6.xx


i tried to jailbreak and also fix recovery but redsnow always stuck at uploading
first stage (could not find iphone in recovery mode)

when try to upgrade normaly via itunes its shows device not eliglible (error 3194)

and is tried via tinyumberella starting tss server its shows error 3104 /1600/ 11 etc

pls help my iphone is factory unlock itried many ways but still succeded in downgrading to 4.2.1 now its working fine but cant jailbreak it with any jb tool
so want to upgrade to 6.1.3 pls help with working solution shsh are saved of some ios versions like 4.0.1/2 4.2.1 / 4.2b3 /6.1.3
