Iphone 4S 6.1.3 in 3G NO SERVICE.. HELP !!! - GSM-Forum

Dear friends

I have a iphone 4s 6.1.3 here and some days i have problem with 3G the phone works fine in GSM mode signal is good but when i open from settings the Data and enable 3G No Service .. No signal at all before some days the 3G and data works good but now NO SERVICE

... When i close data and 3G the signal back again .. But i want work in 3G ... Please can you help me with any FIX i have electronic skills and equipment. Also phone is in good condition no water no get on the floor ...

i dont think it's Software Problem but You have to Make sure ...
Restore Your iPhone first and dont restore back your backup till your check if problem fixed ..

I forget to tell this i also try restore my phone without back restore... But the Data & 3G tells NO SERVICE again

In GSM mode without data works good !!!

Are you sure, 3G network is available at your town/city ?

Yes my friend i try also other phones with same network and 3g works perfect also my phone before some days works fine in 3G mode in places now phones NO SERVICE ..

PS. I also try many times reset network settings ...
Please can any technician tell me if hardware problem or must reflow anything in mh phone please ???
