Does anyone know what i should do i have this information:

So when insert a SIm it say SIm not compatible... as if LOCKED !! what does that mean ?? Can it be UNLOCKED??

try to activate it with at&t card.

you shouldn´t have this phone in hand as it is now, apple didn´t close the service ticket so it´s in this condition now...

you can try to call apple and let them fix this issue.

It was Unlocked via SAM it's normal check.

that right,you shouldn´t have this phone in hand as it is now, apple didn´t close the service ticket so it´s in this condition now
