not activate

no wifi no imei no bluetooth

baseband problem? try restore from dfu check baseband 6.15?

downgrade redsn0w maybe if blobs saved

Check!!! He said iphone 4 don't confuse him with 3g or 3gs
So if u failed to fix the problem with full restore it might be the baseband chip damage :/

seems hardware issue, baseband ic, try reflashing or heat audio and bb ic

are you saying iphone 4 cant have bad baseband via software?

usually with those symptoms the phone is bricked and has no returning.
