are there any iphones that allow someone with the ATT service to get the phone and somehow bypass att and not aloow then to tell if you are using the iphone without the data plan, which will not allow them to add on the data plan without me knowing

There r two option
Add 15.00 for data plan
Or unlock iphone and go tmobil
