you should worry,
cause this is tethered jailbreak,so the phone will hang on apple or will not give signal when ever you restart your phone.
every time you reboot you have to use just boot to get your device normal.

I made jailbreak on 3GS 6.0.1 and it was succesfull, but there is no cydia icon in the menu. ( Phone is old bottrom version) What can be the problem?

re-jailbreak using redsn0w before jailbreak select 6.0.
