Jailbreak Iphone 3GS MC model on 3.1.3?

Is it possible to do this? iOS4 has messed up my 3GS so I was thinking of downgrading and then jailbreaking on 3.1.3 but I need confirmation if it will work

Some other questions:
Is it possible to unlock it on 3.1.3?
And is it possible to hacktivate?

Oh and if I am able to jailbreak can you link me to to a site with step by step instructions because I cant really find anything that works for everyone

Do you have the SHSH saved for 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 or 4.0, otherwise your only option is to upgrade to 4.0.2 to correct the mess created by 4.0 and wait for new JB (Hope) in September 2010 after release of 4.1.... (If SHSH available then there are enough tutorials in these forums to downgrade) .... All the Best ....
