i need step by step guide to jailbreak iPhone 4S 5.0.

As i have got one which is factory unlock - do i need to worry about unlock after jailbreak it - please help me with that as well - thank you.

Because Version 5.0 Not Support To JB Restore To 5.0.1 And JB Easy
