i recently changed my battery but when i charge the phone it shows reverse charging.

Means instead of going 52 53 54 55 %

it goes

55 54 53 52 51 %

what should i do now ?

Seems SOFTWARE issue mate!! Try to restore it with Latest Firmware Seems you OS having bugs which phone you having and which version you having ?? Explain here..
