We all know there is no redsn0w and jailbreak for 6.0.1
in term you want to jailbreak 6.0.1 you have to use old redsn0w

open redsn0w go to extra>select ipsw>select 6.0
click back>click jailbreak>Tick cydiaremove all ticks
Now connect phone with pc and turn it off>press next
now follow software instrcution...

Cydia will be installed,But as i said above there is no jailbreak for 6.0.1 so by this guide you can jailbreak your phone tethered.(search google what is tethered)
If you wanna install cydia then make a custom with sn0wbreeze and then install it
this will work in your case
