Redsn0w "Uploading Ramdisk"

Ok i have tried everything and havent got Redsn0w to work for me!
Redsn0w use to work for me but out of the next day it stopped working...
Each time that i try to Jailbreak a iphone 3G Redsn0w gets stuck in Uploading Ramdisk i have tried in XP and in Windows 7 Home premium, I even Re-installed windows in both computers and still gets stuck! Its wierd because Redns0w does the 3GS and 4/S but not the 3G
Hopefully someone has a solution ....
