So SHSH is a type of file which a iphone have and it show it to the apple server while restoring to any firmware and the backup of that file on TU(Tinyumberella) server can helps you to restore on any firmware at any time let me claer one thing when apple release new firmware it stop signing the old so when ever you wanna restore you have to restore to updated firmware shsh blobs give you option to restore to that firmware for which you saved blobs  Its a long story just googled it you may got more discriptive over there | |
