i have iphone 4 with pascode and phone was shoing disable .i restore iphone after restore show this .how to solve this

you need to activate that phone .. connect to itunes or insert the simcard carreir...

Put a sim card in the phone and see if it activates, if it unlocked any working Sim will do the job, if not, you will need the original career Sim card to activate.

that means ur phone is not unlocked and u have to activate it with original simcard. if ur phone was unlocked before, u have to check if u did it with jailbreaking or micro sim. in that case there is nothing to do and u have to factory unlock the phone
