Member: 2360250 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Yeap, a tethered downgrade will remain tethered, the thing is with Geekgrade you don't have the deep sleep bug(lockind the device results in dfu loop) since you tether boot with Redsn0w/ios 6.0 firmware choosen first, this means the right kernel is used to inject the iPhone and its a somewhat working device and you can actually lock it without to worry about the deep sleep. You cannot untether it though, even if you use an untethered jailbreak on it. |
