Upgrading from 5.01 to 6.01 help - GSM-Forum

Hello guys,i hawe a question about upgrading from my iphone 5.01 to 6.01 Can i download wersion firmware 6.01 and then update throught itunes or which other program,and is it possible to get from other iphone which has installe firmware 6.01 ti back up(with which software) and to install in my phone Thanks in adwance

There is no way according to my info. To backup IOS from a device

You have to download firmware first search on google "iphone firmwares"

After that open iTunes and press the shift key and click on update

Locate the proper firmware file.

u can not backup any firmware..

download firmware from here easily:

iPhone, iPod, iPad and Firmware/Software Download
