I haved the same problem after jailbreak with spirit and fixed with these:

You must add the repository http://apt.*****i.com and search on it the package afc2add, if you can´t connect your iphone to internet you must intall first dependency com.ericasadun.utilities and later install afc2add, I can´t connet my iphone to internet and then I host in my own repository the afc2add and com.ericasadun.utilities packages and this fix my problem.

Model Number of New Bootrom phones start with "MC"
Serial number is XXX4XXXXXXX or XXX0XXXXXXX
