i just bought a china phone which has a phone package as samsung galaxy note2. However, when i tried to connect it to the internet, it says "WLAN enable failed". Im not sure whether this is a hardware or software issue. Im trying to install a software for the wifi driver but unsuccessful. pls help me out. thanks.

I had purchased a Chinese clone iPhone in India, its starts with a apple logo, and shows a jail break IOS (don't know whether it is jail breaked or not) but some options are not working in general option of phone setting, it has a JAVA installed, with single SIM, the games are loaded as fruit ninja, torn, uncover, cut the rope, sokoban, angry birds etc. which are not working, details which are shown in setting, in general option are as follows:
