I need a flash file for the E10 SQTV phone. I tried to flash the phone without but did not save the original flash file so now i got white screen.

about a week old
it is a 4G+++ MT6235
Duel sim, wifi, 4 band
Worked fine a few days, then if a sim is installed the display
goes on and off, remove the sim and it stays on
and acts normal. Tried a different sim and same thing would happen
Tried a factory reset, did not solve the problem
Any ideas I may be missing

g five l300 after format in display show--- no licensed to produce ------and after same time emergency sim------------call fail
