Able to install any appz/games for this phone?

hi, i am using this phone but have a prob. for some reason my code is not working. anyway i can reset it? i tried 1234,1122,5678 n 3344. as u know there are ways to reset the phone but it has 2 be unlocked so u can access the dialpad first.
