Brand new Alfatel H1 show Insert sim.....(Both sim) - GSM-Forum

Hello,

New phone show insert sim in both socket.
I try to format the phone with infinity & also resold both sim socket but problem remain same

Any one have solve this type of problem then post here solution.

Dear no info about ur phone some china mobiles have dual sim ic and some haven.t if yes then here is dual sim ic jumper or change sim ic.

if no then check lines from power ic to sim socket if lines r ok then it is missing from cpu so last try rehot or change cpu
try step by step.

hey that is not sim ic pro... just try format.......... if still the same then check IMEI ...............

sir i am a new comer no too much experiance but i done 2 h1 insert sim by jus put the phone board under the light 5 hour u plese do this ofcourse it will ok

IMEI is OK brother. & even it show Insert sim
