CECT A380i Voicemail - Tmobile - GSM-Forum

I have this cell phone and I have my voice mail setup, but I can not access my voice mail - Customer Service said that it's the DTMF setting and it should be set to Long - I don't know where to find this selection on my phone but I really need help on this issue please.

I have t mobile as well and same phone what i did was download nokia 2610 settings via sms in put all settings into phone and it should work by the way when you look at your voice mail server # what number did thay give you it should be +xxxxxxxxxx.
