i have a mtk box. i do work with this box but today dongle one error show when open software "ve-dongles password error!"
i do unistall driver then install again program but not solve.
please help me

I've a big problem

i m using for china fones Ve dongle.
when i do the spy define it show me this msg.

please keep down power key. until spy success!(press F4 break.)
GND:12
spy and ****yse define ->----------------*..........
spy complete.
>>please uses other spy mode or setup spy times.

i m trying much for it but i have connecting the 10% fones in 100%.

please tell me about this msg

What "product supporter" you talk about ?
You must ask help from box manufacturer (if they give support).
Good box manufacturers not only sell boxes but also make updates and support but bad manufacturers only sell something and never ask to user's questions.
So, what was answer of you box manufacturer ?
