E71 mini dual SIM Firmware - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone, this is my firs post. I have E71 TV Dual SIM phone, and I need new firmware. I don't know how to see software version because code I find on this forum doesn't work. Can someone help me, to find version of software, and give me the link of new firmware. Also I need instructon to instal new firmware on my phon. Thanks... This is the picture of my E71..

whats the problem with your phone? why do u want to flash your device?
i want to inform you ,in clone phones you can only flash with same version there is no new firmwares for them.

a few weeks ago, my phone began to block when I start front camera or TV. I do not know how else to fix it, so I thought that I put a new firmware..
