Do you have a link or a picture of the phone? It would help to identify what kind of phone exactely you have :)

The contacts of your sim card need to face the front of your phone and the card needs to be inserted VERY deep into the phone until you hear a "click".

If your phone doesn't recognize your sim card, then it sounds like a hardware problem :( You COULD try to make your sim card a little thicker by putting some tape on the back, maybe it'll bring the contacts closer to the contacts inside the phone. Other than that, I don't know an "easy fix", I don't now anything about the hardware, I definitely could't repair a phone :(

we try it now. know you something, there know to this problem

I really have no other idea than what I worte you already :( Have you tried a different simcard? It sounds to me there might me "simple" contact problem but this could be any kind of hardware problem as well :(

which company is your phone carrier?

Waleco 07-08-2009 04:12

dude, try another sim card just to see if it's the phone or the sim card. Get a sim card from a friend and TS. Also, when you bought the phone, was it specified as Unlock? This could be another reason. Does this phone is equip to be use with two sim card? If it is, try the other slot.
