i68+ and an i93G phone with problems - GSM-Forum

Hi all, PROBLEM 1: My wife has an i68+ that I bought for her from China, it worked well for the first few weeks but the camera option no longers works, the phone just beeps and flashes on the shutter screen before bouncing back to the main screen and the camcorder no longer works, it opens but then a message pops up saying "camcorder module not ready". we have downloaded all photos and video onto the pc so there is none left on the phone itself, any ideas on how we fix these issues?

PROBLEM 2: I have an i93G that I purchased a week ago from China, the Java software installed from my PC but when I try and launch them my phone shuts down and then restarts itself, the Java apps worked correctly for about 24 hours but stopped working when I tried to download files from the internet via the operamini program I had installed. I have uninstalled all downloaded applications and re-installed operamini but the problem persists.

any help for both phones would be appreciated.

For first problem, open cover and check camera flat cable connector, check if is full inserted. Usually when mobile show "camera module not ready" needed to check camera connector on motherboard.
For 2nd problem i think memory free space to run java programs is so little and then you can have some problems.
