N95 8gig "No Service" Helps:)

Got an N95 8 gig China clone. Has one sim and no memory card slot. Has no gps or wifi. Has 2 cameras/correct nokia logos and double slide. Bought used not sure of model number or maker. Problem is it displays "No Service" after a short search function. Have tried both att and t-mobile active sim cards with same results. Rest of phone is working. Any Ideas??
Thanks In Advance!

Thanks for the help mates!
More info:
MTK cpu
Has 128trans flash card hidden under case
code *#0000# shows: v10.0.021 RM320 14.01.08 Nokia N95 8GB (12.01)
*#06# shows emi (changed using spiderman) to:222222222222222226 with usb cable. Spiderman doesn't know the hardware.
Clues: Changing active sims ATT & T-moble changes preferred networks. There is an option to add/delete/change priority/make new networks but when I try that is errors to "unfinished". After much reading here I think I need to get into the Service Menu and actavate the 1900 band. I have tried all the codes here to get into that Menu but none work. It works with a standard Motorola Razor usb cable and shows three ways to connect "storage"/webcam and com port.
Have worked on many phones I-phone htc's etc but this one has me stumped.
Any Ideas?
