Problem fingerprint CECT T100+ - GSM-Forum

I have a CECT T100 + with the recognition of the imprint digital. Later to have eliminated the digital imprint the telephone it asks her for the same. only that the recognition doesn't happen. I think that the recognition doesn't happen because the digital imprint has been cancelled. Can someone help me? I thank you in advance.

I think there is need of a way for resetting everything.

hey i do have cect t100+ and i am also facing the same froblem it also restarts when i try to make calls
pls help- me
