I've downloaded the 2 firmwares you uploaded to the theme: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f646...solve-1571903/, but after the first firmware my phone has a white screen, after the second one the phone reboots. This is my theme: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f457...t6252-1798245/, could you please help me find a proper firmware to my devise?

The phone is Road, model: R5 (it's written on its back side). The problem is: when I turn it on, it says "road" on the screen and turns off. If I push the button, it turns on and repeats the same. I've tried to upgrade it using the first firmware that was in the forum, but the phone has a white screen after it. And after the second firmware the phone turns on when I push the button and turns off again. Could you please help me with this?

I reached it. The device works, it turns on, and a screensaver keeps holding, then the screen it turns off, but it still works if I push the buttons, it makes sounds, but the screensaver is still holding. If I put a sim card in, it shows a call on the screen, I can even talk, but the call holds on the screen, and the phone works. I've tried at least 5 fulls, but the problem remains the same. I have no idea if it's because of the hardware or software.
