t200+ mms settings

hi, i have just bought the t200+ (don't know the brand name so here is a link to the phone http://www.*******.com/t200+-dual-si...ml#description) although i have seen it listed as CECT in some places.

I have had trouble setting up mms messaging. i am in th uk and my provider is o2 - pay as you go. I have all the settings correct according to o2 customer services. Still i cannot send mms. I can provide the settings i have if required? Can anyone explain why and how to fix this.

o2 say the phone is not compatable with the network but this cannot be true as I recieve and send sms and phone calls no problem?

Maybe your set doesnt support mms service but one chance try to format your set but dont forget to create fully backup before any action.

thanks for your response? The advert for the phone states the phone does support mms and the seller told me he had sold the same model to someoene inFrance and sent me the settings they used?

The seller has offered me a full refund if i post it back to Hong Kong? I really like this phone and would love to keep it but can't if no mms?

Do you mean I should restore factory settings? I've never played around with mobile phone software other than adding games etc so I don't know where to start?

Thanks

Tom
