how to instal smartkey?????

but that schifezza of dongle you have made? it is not settled, the antivirus ones finds to me exe like virus, not dates support to your customers, you are only able to make of the copia/incolla of a program that in net finds free? if within this evening you do not resolve the problem,mi vedro' forced to render the smartkey and to ask the restitution for the due.

your AV free anti-virus detects our sotware as a virus because it hasn't got it in its database. To simplify, it can't manage to code our software and reads it out (decodes) it as a avirus.

s a general rule of thumb, if you think kaspersky is flagging up files falsely, send a sample, (zipped and password protected) with the password in the body of the message to [email protected], and perhaps put "possible false positive" in the subject line.
I think most anti virus apps will flag it up:

(ALWIL), Downloader.Crypter.C (Grisoft), Trojan.Downloader.Crypt (SOFTWIN), Trojan.Downloader.Cryptex (ClamAV), Trj/Datei.A (Panda), Win32/TrojanDownloader.Crypter.C (Eset)

and what refers to the first post

copy the software to C:\Program Files\SmartKey\LG and not C:\Programii
