Pending means its in process and this Tag is for resellers to add credits.
But your account already has the credits and order is processed.

Verizon service isn't very reliable. If you still wish to try you can order it online on Unlock By Logs

Contacted through "contact us" form several times. finally got the reply saying going to refund after one month. 2 weeks before got the reply that service is up and it was under process. How can i face to customer like this situation ???
