cant run exe detect as virus


i have installed 3.14 ver but it detect virus/trojan NewPoly.Win32

if disable antivirus ( McAfee ) 3.14.exe open but when select anyting i.e. model etc its shut down

please remove this bugs/trojan

AS already mentioned in Frequently asked questions

1) You have not installed Main setup software 3.0
You simply installed update 3.14, This is the reason you have problem

im using 2.50 regularly
then updated wih 3.00
then updated with 3.12 then after 3.13 and finaly 3.14 vesion
if i disable antivirus then i can run software but cant work
and also after restart pc ( i.e unable antivirus ) NFF.EXE is not found deleted

THANKS, All solutions tried

no problem with drivers
no problem to access support area
no problem in downloading from support site
no problem in installing any setup only by disable antivirus

ONLY THE PROBLEM IS AFTER ENABLE ANTIVIRUS NFF.EXE IS NOT FOUND ITS DELETED WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION

im using McAfee Licence version and i never had any problem with that
using licence version since last two and half year

i already report to McAfee services regarding NFF.Exe detected virus/trojan NewPoly.Win32

will wait for response from both Mcafee and NFF Team

Antivirus detects soruce codes of our software which has loops and
thinks its a virus, infact they are loops

try to add ur soft to trusted zone, or just ignore antivirus message, or simply change it
