Can't unlock W100i with new Setool update V1.088

I have read the serial number from the phone, but when i request for code it say "request denied", but i has taken 1 credit.
Can someone please help me. Thanks

I have already tried. That why i keep getting the "request denied" message.

I just requested for codes again and it gave me the codes.

How long will it normally take for codes to come back after first requesting?
