Help | how to install SETool - GSM-Forum

first of all I admit that i'm a newbe and I need help.

I'm trying to install SETool 2 that I bought at GSM Server.

I'm following the instruction on the website but when i'm trying to update the tool i get this:

Code:

SmartCard update started...
CARD SERIAL: XXXXXXXX
Checking with server.
recv err: [Connection reset by peer]

or this:

Code:

SmartCard update started...
CARD SERIAL: XXXXXXX
Checking with server..
auth err: [6F00]

also when i'm trying to open LGE tool I get a msg that I need to download a license file and when I click on yes it says that the LGEtool is not activated. but in the when i run the updater file i get this:

Code:

 LG application already activated

Please help me. how can I make the lgetool to work???

all u do is unzip the file somewhere,.then goto where u unzip it and run setool2g.exe.....
setool not need installin...all files are in ur extracted folder....edit the setool.ini to put ur user nd pass
