Hi
possible solutions are

1
go to setool forum and make a bypass request for your firmaware to the_laser ( how can I do it, read sticky thread about bypass packages)

2
lack of cid51 firmwares on setool support, make an upgrade to cid52, flash supported firmware and do unlock

Please post the phone tac the (6 first digits from Imei), I need to check the script.

After upgrading do not forget that you still need to remove the battery, insert it back and power on the phone

It depends of the server Service Availablity, try the old version 28 for 01 log

check
use server
enable bypass

and do unlock

thank you en fin phone is unlocked
after write this scripte -example-in folder script for setool then the phone has bin CID 52 then reflash with firmware CID 52
after make unlock repair .
