- fixed fs operations for pnx5230 on serial interfaces
- added timer for new-type testpoints processing

hi do not use this update to fix the problem of lock closure...this solution lock close or sim lock (5). is solution 3 credits for setool box

as to repair your image area is only possible with sony tp the update please read..........

Its just an easy testpoints. I want to get some information about testpoint to GND (this is how I undarstand it, or maybe I`m wrong?)
