problem with com ports

I am using a universal interface. the problem is it's setting my com port at about com110. all other com ports are "in use" in the control panel.and so i can't use the com ports to do anything with setool. Is there any way of resseting a com port asigment to a specific hardware?

yes you can
go to device manager and change setool port to approciate ex:com16
because setool can use only first 16 com ports try change to last one.
Make shure that 16 is not uset by some boxes like infinity, fgb etc.
some times port are accepted virtualy by some apps no prob at all
