v0.914007/UNI James Bond Release

- fixed MAJOR bug, which prevents almost all operations from work.
(unlock by patch, cid49 operations, etc).

- fixed .vkp script processing

- added "complete phone" support for a2 phones.
it writing generic custpack with all languages enabled.
for PROPER complete - please use "normal" custpacks.

- still more bugs ? hunt them

K770, T650 are A100 platform

W960 P1 are Symbian UIQ platform

A2 only K850 W910 K630/V640 Z750...

also A2 platform will be intergrate mobile TV and GPS function, such as Z750
