Cant dawnload with dongle - GSM-Forum

I since i bought my setool dongle till now icant dawnload with it.when i lunch setool2log exe then if i click on support it wiil search and display
(Please login from soft only).can anybody help to solve this problem for me.

Please ensure you entered support exactly from software. If you did so, then probably the problem is in the fact, that your browser does not accept cookies. You need to set it up to allow cookies at least from setool.net. If you will still get this error with IE, download Mozilla FireFox, install it and make default browser:
http://www.getfirefox.com.

thanks bro,but how and from where can i set the cookies please am new in the system.

download the supporter here: www.setool.net

with the supporter you can download the flash files and software
