Big mistake from your side, I have paid you on paypal today with paypal transaction id: Unique Transaction ID #1FY198401P4881744
Payment was against rocker dongle 1 year activation support D1475EE1CC6FA709

according to my customer, he said you have blocked his id and reported that Gaurav Radadiya is cheater. That person is me and my forum id is: Sam-TheMaster (Product supporter for Advance CDMA team and Official reseller for many products under name Softzone Mobile Lab | Premium GSM Services

May I know why did you call me cheater and why you blocked one innocent customer's payment? As I can say, my paypal clearly states that transaction with you is completed and there is no dispute or claim has been made. (Account is verified)

I want your detailed answer regarding this matter.

I am reseller and this customer asked me to activate his dongle id. Now is there anything wrong that I have activated his dongle using your website??

If paypal has put this amount in Hold, I am not liable for all those matter. you only can tell when I put dispute without any matters. As a web-developer I can understand that it is some TXN setting problem that you didn't receive proper order information and called it Unauthorized payment [double check it, as I have paid through link Rocker Dongle by Legija news: Samsung S3550 Shark Unlock Code reader ! ! ! I have paid it and before 2 days I have made transaction but due to insufficient balance it wasn't complete, but today I have tried again and it was paid to you correctly.

i haven't put this transaction on dispute, and i am even verified account holder. The above mentioned transaction was a help to my regular customer and i stuck. You should aware that before calling cheater. Paypal often check some transaction, which is not fault from buyer's side

i suggest you to refund that transaction, and i'll make new order so we both can have happy customer raher than creatin confusion.

I cannot send any refund until payment is on hold.
In any case i opted for refund, and for me this is finished story.

DO NOT send me any payments anymore, i dont need suspicious payments in my paypal.
Customers from India can buy activation from Viru or MR999 who are my authorized dealers.

Your customer will have no problmes since its not his fault.

Thanks for opening thread. As I post my screen shot, PayPal didn't notified me any information about payment held or not. PayPal often check such type of transaction without any issue and I had been victim of this many time and all the time customer were unaware about that.

I don't deny that this type of transaction are faulty but its not same in all cases. People do fraud with dispute claim especially on code/activation services but when people who give you total co-operation to solve out dispute, you shouldn't entitle as Cheater. This is worst way to kick own products without knowing matter
