what is the size of your file?
if it is 8M. setting it like this: start Addr : 00700000 length: 00100000
if 16M, start Addr: 00F00000 length: 00100000
you may backup the file before format it.

u must have good file flash.first format all flash chip then u can write good flash file.or u can read from other phone 100% same model.
