it is same like dead whan i formet any china phone it is not connected same time software giving error whan i start & com port error etc & also no any update ..................

whare is product supporter & vepro team coz we have many prob if they give update mey be prob will be solve with new ver plz see all member & post replay ......................................

if phone dead ,try to find a new file then write into it.usually before you format it ,you better backup the file .
if not connected , what is error it shows ?
chipset software always have updates.
