I have upgraded my htc desire 816 cdma+gsm with android lollipop 5.0.2 but its not working properly on my phone so please suggest me how to downgrade my phone again to kitkat 4.4.4

you need to be s-off to be able to downgrade.

Using java card, sunshine app, or wit professional tools you can
s-off yur device.
Without s-off yu can dwngrd by custom roms or nandroid baackups.

Use search for more Details .

where i find suitable custom roms for my device and how to identify that is correct or not and please also tell me the process that how to install custom roms to my device.

My device htc desire 820q not reset i will reset but device switch off i will try to bottloader recovery option but still switch off plss help me
