Relock phone bootloader and try again.
In htx tool just click on relock BL and it will relock phone bootloader.

Again Unlock the bootloader....

Flash >>>This<<< Recovery with Fastboot.

Download >>>This<<< Nandroid Backup.

Copy it to Memory card and Restore this backup via Recovery Mode.

P.S : If the phone doesn't has a memory slot you will have to use OTG cable.
