help with I900 problem

Hi, i have in my hands an i900 .
I took it this morning
Until evening i had this problem.
My phone is no working and on screen writes this:

to obtain a newer of further information, please revisit the web site
that you used to obtain your current beta release.

How I will solve my problem?
The man who sold me the phone he wend for holidays
And he will return in 2 weeks

Where I can find the windows mobile 6.1 software
Or firmware
so I can format my phone?

Yes u can Repaire this

Insert cable> press yes button and NO button same time and click RESET

wait until a formate meggege come pres YES button to formate and then after fe sec Disconect urcable from the fone and configure
