hi forum i have i-mate pc20b model which has stuck on imate logo on startup how to solve this.......

turned off device press simultaneously both softkeys and then the power button for 2-3 sec,leave power button once on (keep holding the soft keys). A black screen with a message will appear. Press 0 (zero) and enjoy

sorry my friend it won't work on this type of phone.because phone firmware is corrupted so it just able to load main image of phone nothing else.
@jmustufa
this type of problem can be fixed with rom flashing ..
just download rom and update to your phone. must fix.

Hey GUys... First Exmine Problem Then Suggestion Solution!
The Phone is I-Mate SmartPhone (First Generation) or Called SPV E100!
to Hard Reset > Press Side Voice+Power Button and Hold And Press Center Action Joypad Key!
or You Have to Flash it With COM Cable...
