Pls Qtek 8020 cant be unlocked ???? - GSM-Forum

Please mate is there any way i can use to unlock Qtek 8020. i have tried with SPV service software, but the problem am havin is that, I cant access phone menu to install Cert.cab file. pls what other option can i use. i dont know the networt that locked it and i have tried diffrent textcard but it cant bypass the lock. what do i do again?
