SPV C500 unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

i am trying to unlock c500. i changed value in registry and istalled cert.cab file and use use service the last step when i use simlock optionand write there agree and after that i am recieving this this error "unknown error 217467259 in read operation". whats the problem and please tell me how i solve this problem. thanks alot.
